Our best efforts fall short—but God’s grace never does!
God loves us so immensely that He refrains from meting out the punishment we rightfully earn for our sins. Instead, He offers us a new life, liberates us from sin, and transforms us entirely through His Holy Spirit when we embrace the sacrifice Christ made on our behalf on the cross. That’s wonderful news!
Sadly, society spreads falsehoods that hinder us from openly accepting God’s grace. Humanism teaches that humanity is the highest good, but this is a misconception. We are all sinners; there is no one righteous, not even one. Relativism suggests that we are okay as long as we are true to ourselves and adhere to what we believe in our hearts. Yet, the heart is the most deceitful of all, leading us away from God unless we are transformed by Jesus. We ALL need God’s grace—every single one of us.
