Our ministry approach is straightforward. A caring adult, coupled with Jesus, can profoundly influence students’ lives by fostering love, support, and guidance. When adults listen and show empathy, they create a safe space where students feel valued. By demonstrating compassion and service, as Jesus did, they inspire students to develop a moral foundation and act with kindness and integrity. This supportive relationship enhances emotional well-being and equips students to face challenges with resilience and purpose, shaping them into future compassionate leaders.
Difference Makers
Volunteers make a significant difference by providing essential support, fostering community connections, and inspiring others through their selfless actions, ultimately enriching the lives of those they serve. Will you consider making a difference?
Ministry Support
The Ministry Support Team (MST) plays a crucial role in ensuring that our Sunday and Wednesday events run smoothly and effectively. Their responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for the sign-in process for our weekly programing and special events.
Supports our on-campus Youth Ministry Cordinators with administrative tasks.
Gathers necessary supplies for our Small Group Leaders (SGLs).
Acts as a welcoming point of contact for parents
Small Group Leader
Our Small Group Leaders (SGLs) play a vital role in enhancing our weekly gatherings. They utilize curricula tailored to different educational levels to foster discussions on faith, relationships, culture, and life. SGLs incorporate media and questions to keep youth engaged. Our primary goal is to build relationships with young people, sharing Jesus' love and grace. We organize outings and encourage volunteers to connect with parents. This teamwork helps nurture youth to understand and engage with their culture for Christ.
Events Team
The Youth Ministry’s Events Team (YMET) plans, assists, and hosts events year-round, working closely with Youth Leadership and supporting ministries to ensure success. They clearly communicate the event’s purpose—whether worship, discipleship, evangelism, service, or fellowship. YMET manages the budget for marketing, decorations, food, entertainment, equipment, and supplies. They develop a creative theme, create a marketing plan, oversee setup and teardown, mobilize volunteers, and assign roles to ensure smooth execution.
